Breath play has never held any attraction to me. Perhaps it is experience as a scuba diver but I always pay a great deal of attention to the safety of my airway. Any loss of control of my air supply triggers real terror and fight rather than flight. That said, I also flew airplanes and was exposed to high altitude hypoxia in training a few times. I found the sensation as rather fun and have always thought that, as a way to die, it is near the top of my list.
